We are seeking an **Air Operations Tracking and Traceability Customer Service** professional, client-oriented, with strong management capabilities and passion for the logistics environment. ### **Responsibilities:** * Proactive tracking and traceability of international air freight shipments. * Monitoring and control of incidents throughout the various transportation phases. * Continuous communication with customers, airlines, and other stakeholders involved in the logistics and transportation process. * Updating shipment statuses and operational information in management systems. * Managing and resolving operational incidents, ensuring agile and effective responses. * Preparing and sending tracking reports to customers. * Coordinating with various internal departments. * Ensuring compliance with agreed service levels with customers Requirements ### **Requirements:** * Education related to **International Trade, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain**. * Prior experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Traffic roles within the freight forwarding, international transportation, or logistics sector (preferred). * **Intermediate-to-advanced English level (B2-C1)**, both spoken and written, essential for daily interaction with international customers and agents. * Proficiency in office software and ease of use with logistics management systems. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation. * Communication skills, incident resolution ability, and teamwork. * Availability to work **rotating shifts, 24 hours / 365 days per year**. ### **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of international air transportation. * Experience in shipment tracking. * Familiarity with customs procedures and international trade documentation. * Experience in international and multicultural environments
