This time, we are incorporating a Logistics Administrator for our Zaragoza plant. Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, your mission will be to ensure accurate administrative management of goods movements between warehouses and systems, guaranteeing traceability, reliability of stock records, and proper maintenance of logistics information and inventories. Additionally, you will contribute to operational data accuracy by monitoring, tracking, and correcting incidents related to transfers, product receipts, and replenishments. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Management of Movements and Inventories * Manage and record inter-warehouse and inter-center goods transfers. * Register product receipts and replenishment operations in the ERP. * Monitor and validate transfers across different databases and management systems. * Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents arising from stock movements or integration errors. * Perform inventory adjustments ensuring consistency between physical and system stock. * Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and balances. Logistics Information Control and Analysis * Prepare reports tracking and analyzing inventory discrepancies. * Ensure quality, traceability, and reliability of information recorded in management systems. * Collaborate in continuous improvement of administrative and inventory control processes. Operational Support and Coordination * Provide administrative support for logistics and warehouse operations. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, planning, and IT teams to resolve incidents. * Facilitate accurate communication and information flow among all departments involved in logistics management. ### **Requirements** • Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration, Logistics, Transport, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative roles related to logistics, warehousing, or inventory management. * Knowledge of logistics ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Business Central, or similar). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and office applications. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational, planning, and incident-resolution skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple departments.
