




Position Summary: We are seeking Coordinators to lead geriatric care teams, ensure compliance with protocols, supervise tasks, and guarantee the well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and organization of geriatric care staff. 2. Clinical and healthcare supervision, incident management. 3. Family support, needs assessment, and communication. We aim to hire two Coordinators—one for each work group—on long-week and short-week schedules, possessing strong interpersonal skills and character, to ensure company protocols are followed and to monitor the proper execution of all tasks performed by the geriatric care team, thereby ensuring respectful treatment and quality of life for our residents, as well as guiding and training newly hired geriatric care assistants when needed. Therefore, candidates must hold a qualification such as TCAE (Certified Nursing Assistant) or the Professional Certification in Social Institution-Based Care for Dependent Persons. \* Staff management and organization: leading, motivating, and organizing the resident care team \* Assignment of routes and tasks \* Material management and replenishment \* Supervision of geriatric care staff tasks \* Family support, resident needs assessment, admission management, and provision of family attention, communication, and support. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. \* Minimum 6 months’ experience in elderly care residences, in coordination roles. \* Organizational ability, leadership, and teamwork skills. \* Communication skills with residents, families, and professionals. \* Minimum qualification: Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD) or equivalent.
