Position Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Technical Supervisor to organize activities, ensure quality, coordinate teams, and manage machinery on rural construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for the machinery assigned to the project. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor \- Quarantine Silent Works (Zaragoza) **Work Location** -------------------- * Zaragoza **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize project activities following the site manager’s instructions, ensuring work quality and performance. * Collaborate in planning interventions, preparing budgets, and setting out works. * Organize and coordinate human teams, instructing operators in specific tasks. * Plan and validate activities carried out by collaborators. * Be responsible for the machinery assigned to the project. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be justified either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data provided in the application, as well as to request additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP II or CFGS) in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license type B, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course for the construction sector (50\-60 hours), qualifying you as a preventive resource. ### **Prior Experience** * Between 3 months and 1 year of experience in companies related to construction, civil engineering, and building (professional and/or academic). * Between 3 months and 2 years performing duties as a Technical Supervisor. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Specific training of at least 100 hours in Drafting. **Observations** ----------------- * The application period will remain open from today, 26/06/2026, until 02/07/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). WE OFFER: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 3 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time working schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
