Job Description:
Carry out the assembly and installation of plumbing systems in industrialized modular bathrooms, ensuring assembly quality, system watertightness, and compliance with technical standards established for industrial manufacturing.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Assemble plumbing installations for bathroom modules on the production line.
* Install cold water, domestic hot water (DHW), and drainage networks.
* Assemble pipes, manifolds, valves, faucets, sanitary ware, traps, and accessories.
* Interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing documentation.
* Conduct pressure, watertightness, and functionality tests before module dispatch.
* Identify and correct issues arising during the manufacturing process.
* Coordinate with electrical, carpentry, production, and quality control teams to ensure proper integration of installations.
* Comply with manufacturing, quality, safety, and continuous improvement procedures.
* Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.
* Care for and perform basic maintenance on assigned tools and equipment.
**Requirements**
* Vocational Training in Plumbing, Hydraulic Installations, or equivalent.
* Preferred: 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training for the construction or metal sector.
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a plumber.
* Experience in industrial manufacturing, modular construction, prefabrication, or serial installations will be especially valued.
Technical Knowledge
* Cold water, DHW, and sanitation installations.
* Assembly of multilayer, PEX, PPR, PVC, and other distribution piping systems.
* Interpretation of technical drawings and documentation.
* Pressure and watertightness testing.
* Use of manual and electric assembly tools.
