Facilitating instruction-following by helping the student understand and organize teacher instructions. Supporting sustained attention and participation in academic activities by providing visual aids, reminders, or basic methodological adaptations. Accompaniment in natural settings (classroom, playground, extracurricular activities, transportation, leisure, etc.), offering discreet and progressive support so the individual can practice skills in real-life situations. Guidance and support for teaching staff, offering general guidelines on ASD, practical strategies, and simple accommodations to improve understanding and interaction. **Profile:** **Position Profile** Intermediate Vocational Training in Care for Dependent People. Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Social Integration. Advanced Vocational Training in Early Childhood Education. Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, or Social Education. Communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving ability and flexibility. Observation, analysis, and adaptation skills. Skills in behavior management and emotional regulation.
