We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to join the front desk team at hostels; our priority is order and detailed guest attention. **Responsibilities:** * Guest registration in the reservation system. * Cash handling, payments, and use of banking terminals. * Inventory control of basic supplies. * Handling guest inquiries and complaints in person and digitally (Booking, Airbnb, etc.). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in hospitality or customer service (Desirable). * Proficiency with digital tools and hotel management software (or ability to learn quickly). * Availability for day or night shifts (according to schedule). **Conditions:** * Schedule: \[AS PER SCHEDULE]. * Immediate contract.
