What profile do we need? * Minimum 5 years’ experience in satellite telecommunications, payload procurement, or system integration. * Advanced knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF), Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and GEO/LEO satellite architectures. * Programming skills in Python and MATLAB for system modeling and analysis. * Experience managing international projects, ideally within ESA or European Union programs. Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. * What will be your role? * Participate in defining satellite missions, technical specifications, and contract negotiations. * Oversee the design, manufacturing, and integration of payload equipment and subsystems in GEO and LEO environments. * Develop and execute performance test campaigns, both on-ground and in-orbit. * Analyze and optimize RF system performance, including amplification, frequency conversion, and filtering. * Prepare technical reports and support operational payload status monitoring.
