Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced baker to prepare dough, manage fermentation, and bake bread while maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Desire to learn and develop Responsibilities include baking bread according to our quality standards, handling dough, fermentation, baking, maintaining workplace hygiene, organizing stock, and controlling raw materials. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of prior bakery experience. We seek individuals with a strong desire to continue learning the craft and developing within a high-volume production company. Candidates must demonstrate commitment, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment. WE OFFER: \- A permanent contract of 40 hours per week, with intensive shifts from 04:00 to 11:00, Tuesday through Sunday. \- Monday as weekly day off. \- In addition to Monday: "" Once all tasks are fully assumed, bakers will be granted two Sundays off per month. "" RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Responsible for ensuring correct production processes: raw material levels and product quality. \- Responsible for cleaning machinery when necessary. \- Operate the fermentation chamber. \- Prepare products for baking (cutting, dusting with flour, etc.). \- Ensure optimal baking of products. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
