What responsibilities will you have? • Design the annual Training Plan aligned with job-specific and profile-based needs. • Monitor the Training Plan, anticipating deviations and correcting them with improvement proposals. • Create and adapt training content (manuals, presentations, videos, guides, etc.). • Transform technical information into clear, practical, and applicable content. • Collaborate in the creation of digital courses using internal or external platforms. • Optimize administrative processes, pursuing efficiency and standardization. • Measure and analyze KPIs related to quality and participant satisfaction. • Budget management: Excel proficiency and data analysis. • Manage FUNDAE subsidies to ensure maximum utilization of available credit. • Supervise requirements, costs, incidents, and closures to guarantee FUNDAE regulatory compliance. • Record and safeguard documentation for each training activity. • Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, or other training-related requests. • Coordinate resources and logistics: trainers, classrooms, materials, and technical equipment. • Manage training sessions: sending communications, registration forms, enrollments, and reminders—both via internal platform and email. • Register all training activities on the corresponding platform and perform quarterly closings. • Update and expand the database of regional and national training providers. Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Education/Vocational Training (FP), Communication, or any other officially recognized qualification granting competencies related to the required knowledge. #### **Desirable Requirements** Knowledge of data protection regulations. SAP user-level proficiency. Experience with the isEazy platform.
