Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies * Permanent * Full-time * 19004, Guadalajara, Guadalajara, Spain * A\-Operations and Maintenance **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Reports to the Area Coordinator. * Supervises a team. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, organize, direct, and supervise the functions, tasks, and performance of the assigned human team, supporting their development, training, and motivation. * Maintain, monitor, supervise, and operate industrial boilers. * Monitor the proper operation of the entire facility. * Identify incidents and failures in boilers and auxiliary units/equipment, and propose and/or implement (according to incident severity) necessary corrective actions. * Report any incident or accident to the immediate supervisor. * Coordinate staff schedules, training, and onboarding. * Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental policies, procedures, and instructions. * Plan, implement, and supervise the optimal development and execution of all daily activities and processes. * Plant operation control, including working temperature adjustments, pressure settings, etc. * Biomass and ash stock level monitoring and follow-up. * Coordinate replacement and purchase of spare parts. * Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks—corrective and preventive. * Control, coordinate, and manage alerts, incidents, and emergencies. * Maintain facilities in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, and usage. * Reduce daily incidents within areas under responsibility. * Record and keep related and generated documentation up to date. INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM * Comply with REBI’s Policies, codes, processes, and all related documentation. * Collaborate in defining and optimizing processes. * Monitor process conditions and operational activities, proposing improvement and corrective measures as needed to ensure cost-effective and efficient process operation. * Report incidents, risks, potential problems, and improvement opportunities identified during daily work. * Create and store documentation according to company procedures and formats.
