Currently, we are looking to add a **Mortgage Formalizer \-** **Mortgage Trainer** to our team for a solid project alongside a renowned financial institution in Barcelona. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * You will join the team responsible for end-to-end management of the mortgage formalization process, ensuring compliance with current regulations and internal protocols. * Position responsibilities * Verify registry documentation and its validity * Manage and calculate fund provisions * Prepare legal documentation (minutes, manifests, etc.) * Analyze mortgage transactions and associated properties * Coordinate various stages of the process, including liaison with notaries * Review key documentation: appraisals, deeds, contracts (FEIN, scoring, etc.) * Schedule appointments and organize mortgage files * Draft documents related to transaction formalization **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract from day one (with a 2-month probation period) * Annual gross salary of €18,375.58 (according to collective agreement) * Full-time schedule: 2 days from 08:00 to 18:00 and 3 days from 08:00 to 15:00 * Remote work option: 6 days per month after adaptation period * Workplace location: Paseo de la Zona Franca, 191 (Barcelona) * Development plan featuring continuous training and growth opportunities * Additional benefits: flexible compensation system and access to discounts * Applicable collective agreement: administrative consulting firms (Contribution Group II) \*\*No sector of our society can be understood without gender equality and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
