At our facilities, we handle equipment rental, waste collection and transportation, storage and conditioning, recycling and valorization, or, where necessary, destruction—contributing to the development of a Circular Economy. We seek to incorporate a person into our logistics team for the position of Logistics Administrator at our Ibi (Alicante) plant. What does ACTECO offer for this position?: * Indefinite-term contract. * Initial onboarding plan to facilitate your adaptation to the role, familiarize you with client-specific requirements, and understand company operations. * On-site position. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 (including a 30-minute lunch break); Friday, 08:00–14:00. *Possibility of rotating weekend, holiday, and other additional shifts.* What are the main responsibilities?: 1\. Incident management and reporting: * Resolving day-to-day operational incidents, as well as preparing reports and follow-ups for customers—ensuring prompt and documented responses. 2\. Coordination with the driver team: * Managing on-route contingencies, operational coordination, and continuous communication with the team—ensuring agile and effective responses. 3\. Customer service: * Handling phone and email inquiries, managing queries, incidents, and service follow-up. 4\. Order management: * Processing and tracking orders—particularly high-volume ones—to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and conditions. 5\. Route planning and control: * Supervising and optimizing routes to guarantee efficient service oriented toward customer satisfaction. 6\. Personnel management: * Supporting operational coordination of the team, facilitating daily work organization. 7\. Administrative and operational support to logistics: * Supporting document management, daily planning, and operational follow-up—facilitating the Logistics Manager’s work and ensuring service continuity. * * **Requirements:** --------------- What do you need to be eligible for this position?: * 1–2 years of professional experience in administration or customer service (orders/customers). * Completion of Intermediate Vocational Training (FPII) in Logistics or Administration. * Higher education qualifications will be valued. * Proficiency with IT tools (ERP systems, Excel, logistics management systems). * Knowledge of route planning and control. * Document and administrative management skills. * Familiarity with transport and waste regulations (desirable).
