Continuous training: We invest in and promote your talent—with special focus on improving your language proficiency. **Your day-to-day will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Ensure achievement of departmental objectives, compliance with critical processes and operational setups within the area, in line with hotel-established standards. Monitor proper use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils and notifying accordingly. Execution and follow-up: Load and unload the dishwasher; dry and organize tableware, cutlery, and glassware. Clean and prepare kitchen utensils and cookware, making them available to the Chef and Kitchen Assistant. Clean the kitchen area, managing time efficiently and ensuring optimal final results. Clean kitchen equipment, guaranteeing it remains in perfect condition for the next service. Perform cleaning of the Office. Place weekly orders for cleaning supplies and report them to the Head Chef. Prepare tableware for the organization’s various sales points to streamline team workflow. Control and quality: Properly use required PPE for performing job functions.
