Additionally, manage documentation, coordinate with other organizational departments, and contribute to continuous program improvement. **FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** Regarding housing: * Ensure proper use and maintenance of housing units. * Adapt housing units for reception: ensuring they contain basic housing elements required upon users’ arrival. * Monitor housing adaptations, coordinating necessary repairs with maintenance companies. * Prepare and monitor photographic inventories. * Manage changes of contract holder for utility services and insurance policies. * Conduct periodic follow-up visits to assess housing conditions and support residents in proper usage (e.g., operation of installations and appliances, cleaning, etc.). Regarding participants and landlords: * Monitor rent and utility payments, negotiating as needed. * Provide information and advice to landlords on legal, technical, and tax-related aspects of rental agreements. * Act as intermediary between landlords, neighbors’ associations, utility providers, and insurance companies to ensure proper housing functionality and serve as liaison point with the organization. Regarding support to other departments: * Assist in identifying and securing rental housing. * Support participants during their transition into accommodation and entry into housing units. Regarding data management: * Register case files of families and individuals served in the IT application (CRM). * Support preparation of documents, reports, technical reports, and proposals for improvement.
