Job Summary: Comprehensive care and assistance for dependent persons on a full-time residential basis, including support with feeding, hygiene, mobility, household tasks, and stimulation. Empathy, communication skills, and organizational ability Full-time residential care and assistance: feeding, personal hygiene, household maintenance, companionship, and stimulation. Assist with feeding and dietary monitoring; provide support for personal hygiene and daily bathing; assist with mobility and postural changes; perform basic household tasks (cleaning, laundry, home organization); provide emotional support and conversation; promote physical and cognitive stimulation through adapted activities; collaborate with family members and reference professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monday to Saturday (including nights), with corresponding rest periods. Sunday holiday, with return to work on Monday afternoon. **Previous experience in comprehensive care and assistance for dependent persons** on a full-time residential basis, including feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, and basic health care. Management of essential household tasks for home maintenance. Skills in emotional support, physical and cognitive stimulation, and coordination with family members and healthcare or social professionals to ensure the well-being of the person receiving care. Empathy and communication skills; organizational and time management ability; basic first-aid knowledge; experience in food handling and preparation; patience and ability to work under stress; ability to promote physical and cognitive stimulation activities.
