Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to support care for individuals, assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, supervision, and promoting autonomy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of users' personal autonomy We are seeking personnel to perform supportive care tasks for individuals. Main responsibilities will include assistance with personal hygiene, such as bathing and grooming, as well as help with dressing and undressing. Collaboration in postural changes and measurement of basic vital signs—including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure—will also be required. Assistance with feeding, including preparation of adapted diets, will be an important part of the work. Continuous accompaniment and supervision will be provided, while also maintaining order and cleanliness in users' immediate surroundings, including changing bed linens. Users' personal autonomy will be encouraged within their capabilities. Any changes in users' condition must be reported to healthcare and social services staff, and established protocols must be followed. Participation in follow-up meetings is required. A temporary employment contract of approximately 90 days is offered, with full-time hours and rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, and nights), and a monthly salary of 1\.221 euros. The following qualifications are mandatory: Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, Technician in Nursing Assistant Care, or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions.
