We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and technology in our sector. **What Would Your Role Be?** * **Family Acquisition and Management** * Collaborate with Qida’s various teams to identify and acquire families who could benefit from our services. * Manage communication with families interested in Qida’s services and products—making calls, providing information, and ensuring support through to purchase. * **Management and Promotion of Complementary Services** * Training for Qida Teams: On diverse complementary services to ensure a comprehensive, customer-needs-aligned offering. * Continuous Improvement Strategy: Drive the development, implementation, and visibility of company services through marketing strategies, technological enhancements, and process optimization. * **Partner Management and Relationship Building** * Foster and maintain strong, trusting relationships with current partners, ensuring smooth and effective collaboration. * Identification and Development of New Partners: Identify new collaboration opportunities, build strategic relationships, and establish new agreements. * **End-to-End (E2E) New Service Development:** * Collaborate in the co-creation of end-to-end (E2E) complementary services, working alongside our partners to design and implement innovative, holistic solutions. REQUIREMENTS **Who Are We Looking For?** Our ideal candidate: * Is a good person. * Holds a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field. * Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Prior experience in the sociosanitary, healthcare, insurance, or B2C service sectors—with partner management—is highly valued. * Can identify needs and find appropriate solutions (products/services and partners). * Is capable of managing internal change within operational teams: training, upskilling, and motivating them. * Is eager to grow professionally and improve the world—cares deeply about their work and its impact. * Demonstrates strong organizational skills, meeting goals and deadlines consistently.
