Your main objective will be to accompany families from the first contact, facilitating access to resources and ensuring high-quality comprehensive care. You must be an autonomous and solution-oriented individual with experience in the associative sector and functional diversity (disability), as well as experience interacting with social and/or health services, and delivering awareness-raising talks at schools and other events. You will work in coordination with the project department and the interdisciplinary team. This position covers a temporary leave due to illness (IT): 25 hours of social work and 3.5 hours of occupational instructor duties. Working hours: Monday to Wednesday mornings, and Thursday mornings and afternoons. Main Responsibilities: Direct Support: Conducting initial and welcoming interviews with individuals with ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) and their family members. Technical Counseling: Guidance and processing of disability degree applications, Dependency Law procedures, labor incapacity claims, and requests for support measures and other social benefits. Information and Outreach: Promoting the association’s services and encouraging new membership to strengthen the organization. Document Management: Preparing social reports, maintaining the database, case tracking, and file management. Familiarity with Synergy CRM is highly valued. Community Intervention: Coordinating with other socio-health resources and participating in ADACEA’s associative activities. Promoting and expanding contacts to foster collaborative networking with these resources, generating synergies and new cooperation opportunities. Direct Support to Service Users: Facilitating cognitive stimulation and leisure workshops for individuals with ABI. **Profile:** Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Social Work. In-depth knowledge of the Law on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for People in a Situation of Dependency; the Royal Decree on Disability Assessment; and the Valencian Community’s Decree on Educational Inclusion. Assertive communication skills and active listening ability. Proficiency in office software and AI tools. Especially Valued: Previous experience in the third sector or within the field of disability/brain injury. Conflict resolution skills and stress management capacity. Commitment to the associative movement. Experience working with families and social services; experience in the field of disability (Acquired Brain Injury).
