Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth **Description:** ---------------- We are currently recruiting candidates to fill the position of **Maintenance Staff** at our Aerotecnic Metallic plant (La Rinconada, Seville). The selected candidate will primarily carry out the following responsibilities: * Perform preventive maintenance on facilities, collaborating in optimizing maintenance schedules, timeframes, and consumables. * Carry out scheduled preventive and necessary corrective maintenance—both inside and outside the plant—on all equipment, facilities, machinery, tools, etc., including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electromechanical, pneumatic systems, etc., as well as managing all required spare parts, ensuring minimal impact on production and optimal operation of equipment and facilities. * Perform appropriate administrative management to maintain necessary records in databases, work orders, material receipts, etc. * Maintain appropriate documentation management for machine and facility documentation, instruction manuals, etc. * Ensure compliance with established performance indicators. * Supervise first-level maintenance performed by production staff and manage any issues identified. * Perform carpentry, masonry, gardening, painting, plumbing, boiler-making, locksmithing, welding, assembly, and similar tasks when required. * Carry out work at various heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifting machinery. * Support hazardous and contaminant waste removal. * Transport materials, components, furniture, and machinery using forklifts and/or overhead cranes. * Perform daily maintenance of machines and workstations. * In emergency situations: First Intervention Team. **What We Offer:** * To be part of a dynamic, flexible, and highly qualified company focused on the comprehensive management of aircraft structure manufacturing, working within an expert and committed team dedicated to competitiveness through innovation. * Stable employment. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Professional recognition and opportunities for growth.
