The mission of the People Transformation Directorate is to design and implement People-area processes and technological solutions, treating CaixaBank Group employees as internal customers. It will support other People directorates in implementing strategic talent, mobility, development, recruitment, culture, and operational efficiency models. The projects you will undertake in this role include: * Coordination for the implementation of strategic initiatives in the People area * Support and oversight in developing Business Cases for various initiatives * Process reengineering in the People area, coordinated with different functions within the People area * Coordination with managers and specialists from Media and Legal Advisory departments to implement tangible solutions * A strong emphasis on projects related to People Analytics and Artificial Intelligence for People-related processes Minimum Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organization Engineering, or a related field is desirable * \+7 years of experience in managing strategic projects, developing business cases, and applying process reengineering methodologies. * In-depth knowledge of Group companies’ processes (two or more are valued) and CaixaBank corporate services (especially CXB Tech). * Prior experience in organizational areas, as well as knowledge of data analytics and IT application management, will be valued. * Intermediate level of written and spoken English is desirable for interactions with CIB and BPI. * Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Copilot) What do we offer? * Join the most innovative bank in Western Europe, according to The Innovators awards by the U.S. magazine Global Finance. * A personalized onboarding and mentoring program to support your professional development. * An individualized learning path with access to our online platform, offering an extensive catalog of self-paced learning resources to foster your continuous growth. * A comprehensive, fully free health insurance plan for you.
