Specifically, you’ll handle commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, and maintaining product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and sustain their motivation and engagement. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an outstanding experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. No prior retail experience is required to join us, but we expect you to drive our sales and customer service by supporting your team. Therefore, strong communication skills and solid commercial awareness are essential. As a rapidly expanding company, our needs span the entire country, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure across various business units to enhance professional progression—so national geographical flexibility is a mandatory requirement.
