Main Responsibilities: * Lead projects related to water resources and environmental management, especially those involving groundwater and hydrogeology. * Maintain direct contact with clients and strategic collaborators. * Manage projects, identify critical phases, and resolve issues. * Make decisions regarding appropriate suppliers/contractors. * Commit to environmental protection through the projects and activities undertaken, always minimizing associated environmental impacts and preventing pollution. * Support commercial development by identifying business opportunities, preparing technical proposals, and participating—when required—in strategic and commercial meetings. Requirements: * Experience in managing and coordinating hydrogeological and water resources management projects. * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in teams, and a proactive problem-solving attitude are highly valued. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience in the water and environment sector. * Valid driver's license required. * Specific training in groundwater hydrology will be considered an advantage. * Technical expertise in the relevant field. * Knowledge of the market and of clients. * Languages: English.
