We multiply and lead with innovative technologies, including real‑time 3D, virtual production, automation, and generative content. **JOB SUMMARY** At Omnicom Production, we are looking for a Production Assistant to work in our Business Affairs team. This person will support the production department in managing everything related to image rights, authorship rights, and intellectual property in advertising, for both national and international projects. They will also manage rights renewals and extensions in all countries worldwide. A high level of English and previous experience in a production company or model agency is essential. **RESPONSIBILITIES** You will be part of a team responsible for: * Managing all image and authorship rights (actors, photographers, music, etc.) involved in an advertising campaign: budgeting, liaising with suppliers, negotiation and preparation of estimates, contracting, and monitoring invoicing. * Liaising with clients to understand the needs of each project/region and determining the best purchasing option. * Reviewing the alert system to identify when rights expire and renewing them according to client needs. * Working closely with producers and account teams to understand production needs and handling the preparation of all contracts (actors, music, photography, and production companies). * Managing the hiring of actors/artists/celebrities and securing music rights (editorial and/or phonographic) for advertising campaigns. **REQUIREMENTS** * We’re looking for a profile with knowledge of rights in advertising. * Coordinator of actors, with prior experience in rights renewals within a production company or model agency. * High level of spoken and written English. * Strong negotiation skills with model agencies, production companies, and other suppliers. * Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. * Attention to detail, with a calm, meticulous, and constructive attitude, staying organized at all times. * High sense of commitment and responsibility. * Good understanding of the production environment. * Availability to start in March 2026\. * Proactive initiative to anticipate potential issues and develop smart solutions. * Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and resilience to keep processes running smoothly. \#LI\-LH1 \#LI\-HYBRID
