Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to join Olin, acting as the liaison between the operator and the Group's Analytics Department, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in monitoring commercial performance and data reliability. 2. Daily analytical support to commercial, administrative, and technical teams. 3. Maintenance and evolution of BI tools and KPI analysis. We are expanding our team at Olin, a company within the OlinGroup, and are looking to hire a Business Analyst to serve as the direct liaison between the operator and the Group's Analytics Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in monitoring commercial performance, ensuring data reliability, and providing daily analytical support to commercial, administrative, and technical teams—directly contributing to operational and strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Maintenance, updating, and evolution of Power BI dashboards, Excel files, or reports used to track key business and operational KPIs. * Support to managers across various departments: rapid analysis and resolution of queries related to data sources, metrics, and results. * Development of ad hoc reports for operational monitoring and rapid decision-making. * Generation of databases to execute specific and recurring actions, as well as defining, building, and maintaining reports for such actions. * Functional maintenance and evolutionary development of applications built in AppSheet (or other future solutions) used by commercial agents. * Coordination with the Group's Analytics Department to ensure data consistency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Specialized training in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics is highly valued. * Prior experience (minimum 1 year) as a data analyst. * Experience using Power BI in business environments (data modeling, DAX, visualization, and dashboard maintenance). * Experience in commercial or sales-oriented sectors (telecommunications experience is highly desirable). * Proficiency in Excel and database management. * Experience with or familiarity with AppSheet and/or PowerApps. * Ability to work with operational and commercial data. **We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * Hybrid role: Remote work every Tuesday. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate qualifications. * Corporate benefits: Flexible compensation. * Opportunity to join a company in a phase of rapid growth.
