SUBSTITUTION CONTRACT, VIGO (PONTEVEDRA).** **Role responsible for providing care and accompaniment to residents during the night shift, ensuring a safe, quiet, and respectful environment while addressing any incidents that may arise.** Under the direct supervision of the center manager: 1\. Nighttime supervision and accompaniment: * Ensure compliance with cohabitation rules outlined in the Internal Regulations (RRI) and respect for nighttime rest. * Inform residents respectfully yet firmly if they violate center rules. * Supervise that residents are in their rooms during designated hours and that order is maintained within the center. * Respond to any urgent needs or incidents occurring during the night. * Provide emotional support to residents experiencing anxiety, insomnia, discomfort, or requiring urgent information. * Monitor entry/exit times for residents authorized to leave the center. * Maintain respectful, empathetic, and culturally sensitive interactions with all residents. 2\. Support during emergencies: * Act according to established protocols for medical emergencies, conflicts, or evacuations. * Contact emergency services (112) immediately in urgent or emergency situations. * Immediately report any incident requiring activation of 112 to the center coordination team. * Record all incidents occurring during the night shift in the daily report. 3\. Basic maintenance of order and hygiene: * Verify that common areas (bathrooms, hallways, shared spaces, etc.) are in appropriate condition. * Assist with basic cleaning or disinfection tasks when required. * Control access to ensure center security during nighttime hours. * Safeguard center keys at all times. **Profile:** * ESO/Baccalaureate education or equivalent qualification. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability for night shift work (10 PM–8 AM), Monday through Sunday. * Experience in similar positions.
