Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for the assembly and maintenance of equipment on vessels, with the ability to interpret drawings and ensure quality and safety in all installations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assembly and installation of systems on vessels (plumbing, air conditioning, windows) 2. Support in engine and component assembly 3. Interpretation of drawings and schematics, ensuring quality and safety We require a person to assemble equipment on vessels, responsible for installing various systems. These tasks include plumbing, air conditioning systems, windows, hatches, and other auxiliary equipment. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools is required. Support will also be provided in engine and component assembly, ensuring proper integration. The ability to understand drawings and schematics is essential, ensuring all components are placed according to specifications. Verifying correct equipment operation after installation is an essential part of the job. Quality and safety standards must be closely followed at all times. Attention to detail, prioritization of quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals—such as carpenters or electricians—are highly valued. Initiative in problem-solving, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility are expected. Prior experience in the naval sector would be an advantage, though not mandatory. Good manual dexterity and coordination are required to perform the work. Adaptability to periods of high workload to meet project deadlines is also important. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is the minimum educational requirement. Medium-Level Vocational Training. At least 1 year of experience in similar assembly work.
