Job Summary:
We are seeking a prevention technician to manage risks, coordinate business activities, and participate in audits, while also supporting HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:
* Conducting risk assessments, measurements, and machinery evaluations.
* Developing and monitoring preventive planning.
* Preparing and updating preventive documentation.
* Designing, coordinating, and monitoring emergency plans and drills.
* Coordinating business activities (CBA) with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Document control of coordination platforms and validation of preventive documentation.
* Investigating and monitoring workplace accidents.
* Managing Delt@ and associated documentation.
* Managing PPE, medical examinations, and occupational health and safety training.
* Delivering occupational health and safety information and training to workers.
* Participating in internal audits and safety reviews at workshops and construction sites.
* Managing documentation related to quality and certifications.
* Supporting HR administrative processes (hiring, termination, contracts, working hour tracking, absenteeism, and employment documentation).
* Resolving technical queries related to safety and prevention.
* Liaising with external bodies, prevention services, and labor inspection authorities.
Requirements:
* Technical education, preferably in Engineering.
* Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction sector.
* Experience in rebar work, metal structures, or industrial environments linked to construction will be valued.
* Knowledge of production and cost control.
* Valid Class B driving license.
* Proficient use of IT tools and document management platforms.
Offer:
* Permanent employment via indefinite-term contract.
* Annual gross salary between €29,000 and €32,000, depending on experience.

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–14:00.
