As a team member, you will ensure the correct operation of the IT infrastructure and answer questions, incidents and service requests related to IT issues. ***Key responsibilities:*** * Manage network infrastructure. * Manage Microsoft O 365 services * Administer on\-premises infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, backups, etc.). * Manage the full lifecycle of user devices, from onboarding to offboarding. * Maintain clear and useful technical documentation for internal teams and support processes. * Handle support tickets with ownership, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed. * Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver a high\-quality IT service. ***Requirements:*** * FP (Sup.)
