(1\) **Remember to update your professional profile before submitting your application****What are we looking for?** -------------------------- We are currently seeking a Junior Product Manager to join the Corporate Financing Business Development team on a medium- to long-term basis, providing operational and management support responsible for ensuring continuity and efficiency of standard medium- and long-term financing products (loans, mortgages, leasing, and renting). The role focuses on day-to-day product management and handling inquiries, procedures, and operations related to these products. **Let’s talk about the project...** ---------------------------- Your key responsibilities will include: * Operational product management: monitor the funnel and files for Medium- and Long-Term Financing, and coordinate with formalization and Agreements departments. * Support and assistance to the Branch Network: channel branch office inquiries and requests, resolve incidents, and accompany commercial and formalization processes. * Process monitoring and improvement: identify inefficiencies and propose improvements, collaborating with external product providers (goods and vehicle renting). * Update and review product regulations, aligning them with evolutions or improvements identified by the Product Manager. * Manage and propose publication requests with Marketing, events, social media, IN Sabadell, and the Blog, following guidance from Product Managers. Review and update commercial product sheets and information on BS Online/product website. * Provide support to Financing Directors and Business Specialists. * Update internal and external product presentations, and distribute information to other Bank Departments. * Coordinate with cross-functional areas such as Operations, Legal Advisory, or Business Segments. **What do we value in your application?** ------------------------------------- * A university degree in business or a related field. * Advanced user level of Excel and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in working with databases and analytical capability to draw conclusions. * Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
