Position Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to carry out non-medical social interventions and attend to users' individual needs, fostering their autonomy and communication. Key Points: 1. Collaborates in service coordination and monitoring We are seeking an assistant to provide home care services in SORVILAN. Main responsibilities will include implementing social interventions within non-medical competencies and addressing each user's individual needs. The autonomy of assisted individuals will be encouraged, promoting their active participation in tasks they can perform independently. The assistant will also facilitate users' communication with their family and social environment, as well as with the service coordination staff. Completion of relevant registration documentation is required, along with collaboration in service coordination and monitoring, providing pertinent information regarding individuals served and reporting any incidents that arise. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 180 days. Working hours will be part-time, totaling 70 hours per month, scheduled from 8:00 to 12:00\. The monthly salary offered is 696 euros. Please note that working hours may be adjusted according to dependency care needs in the municipality.
