The candidate must be proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, using manual and electric tools, and correctly applying construction materials (cement, mortar, plaster, bricks, concrete, etc.). Must be capable of working autonomously or collaboratively, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. Requirements * Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in new construction and renovation projects. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Valid driver’s license and availability for travel within Asturias. * 20-hour PRL course for the construction sector.
