Position Summary: We are seeking a nursing professional to provide direct care to residents in an elderly care facility, addressing their healthcare needs and collaborating with the medical team. Organization of clinical records and care for bedridden users We are seeking a nursing professional to work at an elderly care facility in Valle de Abdalajís. Main duties will include direct resident care, meeting their general, human, and healthcare needs. This includes administering medications according to medical prescriptions, measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and collaborating with the medical team in preparing materials and pharmaceuticals. The role also involves organizing clinical records, documenting relevant data, and caring for bedridden users—including repositioning, monitoring meals, and administering enteral feeding via nasogastric tube when required. Care for colostomy patients, supervision of personal hygiene, control of medications and food in residents’ rooms, and provision of healthcare services to center staff will also be part of the responsibilities. Coordination and supervision of care may be required, always within the functional scope of nursing practice. Collaboration with physiotherapists and placing orders for pharmacy supplies, laboratory tests, and radiology services will be valued. The professional will also monitor proper execution of physical activities and perform basic podiatric care for specific users. Temporary part-time contract (20 hours per week).
