Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for home care services, providing assistance to users according to individualized care plans and protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Home-based user assistance 2. Monitoring of action protocols and care guidelines 3. Availability in the morning and afternoon We are seeking home care personnel in the Benalup\-Casas Viejas (Cádiz) area, with availability in the morning and afternoon. Duties include assisting users in their own homes, following action and care protocols specified by service coordination, in accordance with each individual's personalized care plan. A temporary replacement contract is offered—covering staff vacations and new user enrollments—with possible extension. Working hours are part-time (25 hours per week), with potential for additional hours. Salary complies with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Immediate start is required. * One of the following qualifications: Nursing Auxiliary Technician, Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician, Dependency Care Technician, Socio-healthcare Technician, or Professional Certification in Socio-healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions or at Home. * Food Handling Certificate (desirable). * Minimum 3-month relevant experience (desirable). * Personal vehicle (desirable).
