Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to assist elderly or dependent individuals in their homes, following personalized care plans and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 months of relevant experience required We need staff to provide home-based care services for elderly or dependent individuals in Baeza (Jaén). Duties include assisting users according to prescribed guidelines and care protocols, aligned with each individual's personalized care plan. An initial temporary contract is offered, with part-time hours primarily scheduled on weekends. Compensation will follow the Andalusian Home Care Assistance Collective Agreement. * Qualification as a Care Assistant (e.g., Nursing, Clinical, Socio-Healthcare, or equivalent), TCAE (Technical Nurse Assistant), or Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Minimum 3 months of experience working with dependent persons.
