Ensuring clients receive optimal healthcare assistance and services. Informing clients about how to arrange tests or other procedures, if required. **Requirements:** Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or similar roles—preferably in healthcare or clinical settings. Proficiency in computer tools and ability to quickly learn management software. SAP knowledge is valued. Excellent communication skills, patient orientation, and a solution-oriented attitude.
