Reporting to the Business Development team, responsibilities include: ### **Responsibilities** * **Competitive and market analysis:** Conduct analysis of competitors’ activities in the Spanish market, identifying trends, sector dynamics, and strategic opportunities to enhance brand presence at festivals and events.* **Internal information collection and management:** Collaborate in gathering data from various teams to identify areas for improvement in festival plans and support internal decision-making. Includes preparing analytical documents, SWOT matrices, and strategic recommendations.* **Optimization of brand experiences at festivals:** Support the evaluation and optimization of brand activations and experiences delivered at festivals. Contribute improvement proposals and ensure execution follow-up.* **Creation of internal materials and documentation:** Participate in developing presentations, reports, and internal guidelines to support cross-functional projects and the company’s festival plan.* **Internal collaboration and coordination:** Work alongside the Business Development team to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration across different company departments.
