As a Sales Trainee you will learn to: Your day \- to \- day \- Support the hotel's MICE sales processes; responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting MICE-related RFPs, follow-up, negotiation, and contracting of group business. \- Support the MICE segment at the hotel, from solicitation through completion of group transactions. \- Assist in drafting and/or accurately reviewing all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banqueting/catering orders. \- Regularly follow up with clients during and after check \- out to ensure client satisfaction and secure future bookings. What we need from you \- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of colleagues and customers. \- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills. \- Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed service standards. \- Candidates must possess strong analytical and presentation skills, as the role frequently interacts with marketing, business development, and sustainability personnel in customer-facing sales opportunities.
