Management Control Technician – Building Construction (Málaga)

We are currently looking to **recruit** a **Management Control Technician** with planning expertise for our Málaga office. We seek a candidate with at least 5 years of experience who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Preparation of production plans and time control for pending activities and processes. * Planning and prioritization of operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal delays. * Identification of process optimization opportunities: monitoring production levels and preparing schedules for remaining tasks. * Addressing issues as they arise, aiming to minimize impact on the established plan. * Collaboration and reporting on project status by work teams/departments; analysis of final proposals and implementation of appropriate adjustments. * Resource management (human and material) within planning. * Periodic monitoring of the project’s daily status and preparation of reports. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Degree in Civil Engineering / Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines. * Knowledge of administration and management will be positively considered. * Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction sites is desirable. * Willingness to travel between Madrid and Málaga.
