Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a senior residence in El Álamo, responsible for assessment, designing intervention plans, and delivering therapeutic and cognitive stimulation activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design individualized intervention plans 2. Promote residents’ autonomy and participation 3. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team We are adding a new Occupational Therapist position at a Senior Residence in El Álamo (Madrid). Main responsibilities include: * Assess and design individualized intervention plans. * Plan and deliver therapeutic and cognitive stimulation activities. * Collaborate closely with the medical team, nursing staff, physiotherapy, psychology, and care assistants. * Promote residents’ autonomy and active participation in daily life. Conditions: \- Permanent contract. \- Full-time position. Working hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday. Position type: Full-time Salary: €20,500.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
