Since 1999, we have set trends in Japanese gastronomy across Spain and were the first Spanish company to distribute sushi trays in major supermarkets. **With over 25 years of experience**, we continue innovating: in 2015, we opened our first restaurant, Sushita Café, fusing the best of Japanese cuisine with international influences in a modern and creative environment. Our **production facility**, located in San Sebastián de los Reyes, spans over 3\.000 m² and is equipped with state-of-the-art food safety and production technology; we hold FSSC 22\.000 certification—a guarantee of highest quality and excellence.
