Join a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and excellence-oriented team.**Join our team!** We are looking for a candidate with experience in developing and integrating SCADA solutions in industrial environments, especially with WinCC OA (Siemens). The challenge involves actively participating in digital transformation projects for SMEs and large industrial enterprises, integrating state-of-the-art supervision and control systems. **Main Requirements:** * Completed studies in Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) or in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience in SCADA integration and development, preferably with WinCC OA (Siemens). * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in industrial projects and implementation of software solutions in production environments. * Solid knowledge of SQL Server databases, programming languages such as Visual Basic .NET, C#, and/or integration scripts (Python, JavaScript). * Familiarity with .NET frameworks, REST APIs, and testing with Postman. * Valuable knowledge of MES AVEVA, OPCENTER EXECUTION FOUNDATION (Siemens), and System Platform. * Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM). * Technical project management capability, teamwork skills, initiative, and results orientation. The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities: * Technical management and development of industrial product integration projects within production environments. * Project management and monitoring using SCRUM methodology, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and defined requirements. * Coordination with clients to ensure proper project execution and incident resolution. * Development and integration of new functionalities into WinCC OA-based SCADA systems. * Reporting to the Team Leader on progress status, risks, and achieved milestones. * Active participation in generating new ideas and technological development concepts together with strategic partners. * Identification of improvement or business opportunities within the scope of Industry 4.0. **We Offer:** * Flexible working hours and remote work options. * Innovative projects with leading industrial sector clients. * An advanced technological environment focused on automation and industrial digitalization. * A young and dynamic environment with real opportunities for professional growth. * Flexible compensation and salary commensurate with value and experience.
