




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare and cook dishes, ensure quality, organize the kitchen, supervise raw materials, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and cooking of menu and à la carte dishes with emphasis on quality. 2. Overall organization and control of the kitchen during service shifts. 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. We are looking for a professional cook position in Ribadesella, Asturias. Main responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes for the menu and à la carte, ensuring quality and flavor. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overall organization and control of the kitchen during service shifts. This includes supervision of raw materials, their proper storage and preservation, as well as maintenance of cleanliness at the workstation and of all kitchen utensils, always complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience in a similar position is required; formal training in cooking and hospitality is desirable. A valid food handler’s certificate is mandatory, or commitment to obtain one. We seek a responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills, ready to integrate into a hotel environment. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours to be agreed upon and salary according to the collective agreement.
