Customer service and loyalty: Delivering excellent service at checkout lanes, ensuring adherence to the company's service commitment, while also understanding and communicating loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club/Fidelity Club, promotions, events), and meeting sales targets. Cash handling and payments: Ensuring payment processes follow company guidelines, performing cash drawer reconciliations accurately, and executing cash withdrawals according to established procedures. Workstation maintenance: Keeping the workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to ensure efficient performance.
