Assume responsibility for direct patient care according to the nursing care plan for assigned patients, ensuring patient safety throughout the care process. 2\. Accurately document required information in the patient’s clinical record. 3\. Remain vigilant for emergencies and critical situations, and respond appropriately under such circumstances. 4\. Demonstrate consistency and commitment to patient follow-up and monitoring, informing patients about their care procedures and any other relevant matters, while upholding standards of excellent-quality care. 5\.
