Monitor the minor together with their legal guardians: involve the family in the educational process. * Develop and monitor the individual educational project and all necessary documentation linked to the program: objectives, reports, and records. * Collaborate in networked work with all professionals involved in the educational process. * Participate in team meetings and educational follow-up sessions, trainings, and gatherings proposed from various job positions, organized by Pinardi or partner entities with which we coordinate. * Provide continuous reporting to the program coordination, as well as to technical coordination and center management. **Profile:** **Academic Qualification:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work **(CVs not meeting this requirement will be rejected)** **Mandatory:** * Minimum one year’s experience in intervention with children and families at risk or experiencing social difficulties. **Competency Profile:** * Ability to organize tasks, define objectives, plan, and systematize. * Capacity for teamwork. * Dynamism, creativity, proactivity; goal-oriented work. * Problem-solving and initiative-taking ability. * Motivated attitude. * Commitment to Pinardi’s objectives, mission, vision, and values. * Capacity for autonomous work. **Internal Requirements:** * Commitment to adhere to the Code of Conduct outlining the Child, Adolescent, and Vulnerable Person Protection System implemented by the Pinardi Federation. * Possession of a Certificate confirming exemption from sexual offenses.
