If you hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administrative Management and are passionate about logistics and administration, this is your opportunity. **About the position:** You will be a key member of our Logistics Department, providing essential support to ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will range from document management to monitoring logistics processes, directly contributing to the efficiency of our supply chain. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing comprehensive support to the company’s Logistics Department, addressing any operational needs that arise. * Managing, digitizing, and archiving all department-related documentation, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility. * Tracking, controlling, and reviewing the flow of raw materials—from dispatch at origin to arrival at destination for subsequent processing. * Extracting and compiling daily production data for analysis and decision-making. * Managing documentation, filing, and other administrative processes related to the department. * Monitoring Manufacturing Orders (MOs), conducting inventory counts, managing auxiliary materials, and processing orders. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:30 \- 17:30; Friday: 8:00 \- 15:00 **Requirements:** * Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administrative Management or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, purchasing, order processing, or administration departments. Experience in food industry companies will be especially valued. * Methodical, organized, rigorous individual with strong organizational skills. * Advanced proficiency in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Experience using ERP systems, preferably AS400\. **Desired Skills and Knowledge:** * Specific experience in procurement and administrative management within the logistics sector. * Proven ability in order management and inventory control. * Familiarity with the food industry and its specific logistics requirements. * Ability to analyze and extract production data. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
