Responsibilities include smooth coordination with Primary and Specialized Care services, efficient management of medical appointments, and control of medication and pharmacy. Additionally, the position entails rigorous completion of relevant clinical documentation and active participation in interdisciplinary tasks, closely collaborating with the center's multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care. A temporary part-time contract is offered, with a weekly commitment of 22 hours. The schedule will be arranged according to the shift roster, and the gross monthly salary will be 1\.568 euros.
