Customer service and loyalty: Delivering excellent service at checkout counters, ensuring adherence to the company’s customer service commitment; understanding and communicating loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club / Loyalty Club, promotions, events); and meeting sales targets. Cash handling and collections: Ensuring proper collection procedures in line with company standards, accurately performing cash drawer reconciliations and cash withdrawals according to established protocols. Workstation maintenance: Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to ensure efficient performance.
