As FRONT AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring correct implementation of the organizational model. * Leading your assigned team, including planning and allocating resources according to current needs; conducting performance evaluations and ensuring training. * Verifying correct receipt of goods and their placement in the warehouse following the organizational model's criteria. * Organizing large-scale store replenishment to guarantee product availability. * Organizing the warehouse team, ensuring warehouse order and cleanliness, as well as proper maintenance of areas defined in the organizational model. * Ensuring improvement of barometer metrics and execution of action plans implemented to enhance NPS. * Reviewing key Food Department processes, setting priorities, and coordinating teams; overseeing the store’s overall condition together with the Store Director/Manager and other Managers. * Guaranteeing inventory execution: warehouse preparation, staff organization, and resource requirements.
